Welcome to The LaVerne Experience, where my passion for the childcare industry drives my work as a Personal and Professional Development trainer, Empowerment and Childcare Coach, Childcare Business Consultant, Mentor, Travel Agent, and Author. My mission is to empower men and women in childcare by offering personalized guidance, helping them navigate their careers, enhance their skills, and obtain the necessary credentials for success.


With years of experience, I provide hands-on coaching and mentorship within the childcare industry and as a John Maxwell Certified Coach. In addition, I work with childcare programs to get ready for their annual state inspections. "So Providers can stay ready, so they don't have to get ready!". Beyond my work in the childcare industry, I have co-authored two books, published my first, He Chose Me, and self-published my first children's book, The Little Red Box.
